Do these 3 simple things to be better serviced by the pool company

Today I have for You quite short material but hope will be interesting for You. I very often write how You could find the best pool company delivering Your dreamed Fiberglass Pool. It's really important because there are many companies on makret who are not worth of Your time and money. But when I look on my experience I can say that You as a customer also can make some small things that will help Your pool company to service You quicker and in the better way. Remember You can achieve large effects by doing small things.



  1. Give some necessary information.
    I know it. We are all very busy and do not have much time. But if You are seriously interested in buying Polyester Pool and looking for high quality products and professional pool company please do not waste Your time by sending emails which do not allow the recipient to perform any step. What do I mean? I have many phone calls with potential customers everyday. Sometimes I can not write because for example I am driving so ask for sending me a short email with summary of our talk. I'm so mean: name, surname, kind of products that we talked about: kind of Fiberglass Pool or pool enclosure with dimensions, pool accessories, place of delivery and additional questions if You have etc. With such information I can send You full offer in 15 minutes. And after several hours receive email only with signification that it was sent by Iphone and big postal code. I don't know who sent it to me, if we talked before or not etc.
  2. Ask many questions.
    It's for me natural that during the first contact sales man should check Your needs by asking You many questions. Also You can do the same. You can easily check if sales person with whom You come into contact is professional specialist or amateur.
  3. Give any feedback on receiving messages.
    I am really proud of my customers and not only customers who can use this small but great tool. If I send an offer it's really great for me to see any feedback, even if it sounds like that: No, Thank You or I am going to buy another fiberglass pool or ThankYou but Your price is to high. It's really important for me because after such an answer I know that You treat me with respect as I treat You.
